Data Sharing with Third-Party Processors

We may share your personal information with third parties for the following purposes:

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Any sharing is only done for operational purposes as outlined above.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

General Data - This includes data in our CRM, emails, and other non-financial records. We retain this data for a period of 5 years after its last use unless legal or operational reasons require a longer retention period.

Financial Records - Due to legal obligations, financial records may be retained for longer periods. We use Crunch for our accounting and invoicing needs. For detailed information on how long financial data is retained within Crunch, please refer to Crunch's Data Retention Policy.
